Event tickets are non-refundable once purchased, unless the event is cancelled or otherwise announced by the organiser. Under the exception for leisure/cultural activities provided on a specific date or period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these tickets.
